Terrific.IT provides remote support to users who download and run this file right here and now on request by using their internet connection to control their computer.  This works best when there is a broadband (DSL or Cable) connection.  If clients have only a dial up connection, we recommend at least calling our mobile hot spot to your driveway while we fix you up.

Terrific.IT technical brains need to be online so its a good idea to phone them first, to get them online and ready to connect to you if you need them. We are 24/7/forever now so go ahead and call. We will also discuss billing rates that apply before we start.
